Hand-pulled noodles! Appetizers are small and rather fancy. Tried the lobster salad, short rib, and monkfish liver. All good, but felt overly contrived. The soups were good, super salty with delicious noodles. The ambiance is great--casual, but still polished. Nothing to write home about.
