Cozy little place, vegetarian with an emphasis on vegan. The vegan breakfast burrito consisted of a flavorful (if slightly too-soft) tofu scramble served with spicy home fries, spinach, and chili, in a whole-wheat wrap.
The friendly couple next to us were regulars and they're the ones who recommended that dish. They also raved about the vegan french toast. Since we didn't order our own, they cut us off slices from theirs, because they insisted we had to try it. They were right -- it was crispy on the outside, fluffy and custardy on the inside (impressively, given that there were no eggs in the batter).
Service was really slow, though, and a good 15-20 minutes passed before we even got the coffees we ordered. They really neeed more than one single waitress-slash-hostess for the weekend brunch crunch!
