Last time I went, my mussels were so over cooked they fell apart into shreds as I tried to take them out of the shells. Although the salmon tartar was good it was served with bread that tasted like it was toasted the day before. I'm sad to say that there are some serious quality control issues here. Maybe lunch service is better? From my past experiences, the tuna wrap is delicious and maybe the mussels will be perfectly cooked at that point.
